These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any booking made with Suncueso SL — CIF: B72948995, trading as Finca Cantueso, Camino de la Estación S/N 29710, Periana – Málaga ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Cottage and restaurant bookings made through this website or by phone, email or WhatsApp are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us — a completed online form or enquiry alone does not guarantee a reservation. Prices shown are per the dates and party size you select and may vary by season.
Deposit, balance and cancellation terms depend on the type and length of stay or event booked and will be confirmed to you in writing (by email) at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific terms that apply to your reservation, or contact us if anything is unclear before you book.
Standard check-in and check-out times are shown on our Contact page and in your booking confirmation. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability.
We ask all guests to treat the finca, its cottages, restaurant, staff and other guests with care and respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay early, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct, damage to property, or breach of these terms.
We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by Spanish law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your stay, except where liability cannot legally be excluded (for example, in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these terms or a booking will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have as a resident of another EU country.
